• For airport meet and greet, UK LONDON PRIVATE HIRE LIMITED provides a complimentary waiting time of 1 Hour, while for single trips the waiting time is 15 minutes.
• UK LONDON PRIVATE HIRE LIMITED guarantees the quality of its services, but cannot guarantee the specific color of the vehicle.
• An additional charge of £20 will be applied for any extra stops during the ride and a complimentary waiting time of 15 minutes is allowed at each stop.
• Single local London transfers (excluding airports) are subject to a 2 hour free cancellation or change of booking policy.
• Airport transfers and hourly contract services within London are subject to a 12-hour free cancellation or revision of the arrangement.
• Scheduled bookings within and outside of London are subject to a 12-hour free cancellation or amendment policy.
• Multi vehicle bookings have a firm 24 hours’ cancellation or revision of arrangements.
• For multi-vehicle bookings, changes or cancellations must be made at least 24 hours in advance.
• Congestion charges of £15 will apply to bookings made within the congestion charge zone from Monday to Sunday from 7:00 PM to 10:00 PM.

Cancellation and Refund Policy

• For a single trip within local London (excluding airports), there is a 2-hour window for free cancellation or modification of the reservation.
• Airport transfers and hourly contract services within London are subject to a 12-hour free cancellation or revision policy.
• If a wedding booking is cancelled less than a month before the scheduled booking date, the deposit will not be returned.
• If a customer fails to be ready for the scheduled pickup time and location, all payments made will not be refunded.
• Cancellations or revisions to single local rides within London, excluding airports, can be made up to 2 hours before the scheduled pickup time without incurring any charges.
• Bookings for airport transfers and hourly contract services within London are subject to a 12-hour grace period for cancellation or revision of the arrangement.
• Scheduled bookings within and outside of London are subject to a 12-hour free cancellation or change policy.
• Bookings for multiple vehicles must be cancelled or revised at least 24 hours in advance.
• An additional 25% fee will be added to bookings made between 11pm and 5am on top of the regular vehicle rates.
• A charge of £15 will be imposed for bookings made within the congestion charge zone from Monday to Sunday, between 7:00 pm to 10:00 pm.
• To receive a refund for international bookings, a minimum of 20 days' notice is required for cancellations.
